Olde Christmas is the celebration of The Twelve Days of Christmas from Christmas Day to The Epiphany, The Twelfth Day, the Feast of Lights or the Manifestation of Christ to the Gentiles. The time honored Olde Christmas traditions which date back to our English heritage of the Yule log, wassail, and pea cake will be a part of our Olde Christmas celebration. Showing the spirit with which the Outer Banks Relief Foundation, Inc. was founded, we proudly announce that in 2012 we will take a page from our neighbors in Rodanthe on Hatteras Island and embark on the time honored tradition of celebrating Olde Christmas on the Outer Banks! There will be 3 festiv events held on January 5th & 6th , 2012.

The Outer Banks only 5K Beach Run/Walk is set on the wide flat sands in front of the historic ‘Old Station’ public bath house in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. This charity event benefits the Outer Banks Relief Foundation which raises funds to help people on the Outer Banks with debilitating diseases and families in crisis.
