Rules and Regulations: For every $100.00 ticket you purchase, your name will be entered into the drawing. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Only Three Hundred tickets will be sold. The first four (4) Winning tickets drawn will receive a One (1) week stay at one (1) of four (4) Hatteras Island vacation homes between the weeks of 9/15/12 to 12/31/12 or 4/1/13 to 5/13/1. The Winner will be notified by email, and their name will also be posted on the website. The raffle will end on April 27, 2012. The Outer Banks Relief Foundation will conduct the drawing on April 28, 2012. Tickets are available online through this site or by calling the Outer Banks Relief Foundation office at 252-261-2004. Winner must accept ownership of the prize 30 days after notice of winning. Should any prize not be accepted or claimed by this date, the winners will forfeit their prize and ownership will return to the sponsoring non-profit organization. There shall be no substitution for the listed prize by the Winner. The $100.00 ticket purchase is not deductible for income tax purposes as a charitable deduction. Winner(s) need not be present to win. RAFFLES ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS RAFFLE IS TO BE CONSIDERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA. PARTICIPANTS IN THIS RAFFLE REPRESENT THAT THEIR PARTICIPATION IS NOT IN VIOLATION OF THEIR LOCAL LAWS OR IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED.
